Heather has dedicated a significant part of her life to the healthcare field, gaining extensive experience as a CNA and Medication Technician. Her two decades in healthcare have equipped her with a solid understanding of patient care and the importance of compassion and support in times of need. After leaving the healthcare sector in 2014, she transitioned into a managerial role in the automotive industry, where she applies her leadership skills and commitment to service excellence.

As a mother of five and a grandmother, Heather values family deeply and finds joy in nurturing her loved ones. Her supportive husband plays a crucial role in her life, providing encouragement in both her personal and professional endeavors.

Heather's passion for helping others extends beyond her professional roles. She is particularly interested in the realm of peptides, which are small chains of amino acids that play vital roles in various biological functions. By staying educated and informed about developments in this field, she aims to share her knowledge and assist those struggling with health-related issues.

Professional Background: Heather’s career in healthcare began with her role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where she provided essential care to patients, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This experience not only honed her clinical skills but also deepened her empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in need of care. As she advanced to the position of Medication Technician, she took on greater responsibilities, managing medication administration and collaborating closely with healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

After leaving the healthcare sector in 2014, Heather transitioned to the automotive industry as a service department manager. In this role, she utilizes her leadership abilities to oversee operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. This change allowed her to explore new challenges while still maintaining her commitment to service and support.

Family Life: As a mother of five, Heather has cultivated a nurturing environment for her children, ensuring they grow up with strong values and support. Her role as a grandmother brings her immense joy, as she enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren, creating lasting memories, and imparting wisdom from her own life experiences. Family gatherings are a cherished tradition, where laughter and love take center stage.
